Gclear features an OEM wipe-on coating method. This headlight coating then cures and bonds to the lens with help from a UV frequency-matched curing lamp.
Why does our shop do headlight restoration better than others?
Your vehicle's stock headlights are made of polycarbonate and are protected with an OEM grade UV hard coat. This UV hard coat oxidizes over time, especially in harsher weather conditions such as long exposure to sunshine.

If the headlight restoration is done only by polishing or using a non OEM coating, like most other auto glass shops, the lens will begin to micro-crack and the polycarbonate itself will begin to oxide. We understand you don't want oxidized, ugly, polycarbonate headlights, which is why we use Gclear, a high-quality solution that will make your headlights look like new for years!
